If you intend to stay at the The Galmont Hotel, make sure to request a room via Euro-IX on your registration form. There are limited rooms at the hotel, so please book a place as soon as possible.

Group Rate: Single Room at €130/night, Double Room at €150/night (including breakfast, wifi, swimming pool, sauna and fitness). Guests can also take advantage of a 15% discount for use at the Hotel Spa. Please note all spa appointments have to be booked in advance directly with the hotel.

**Car Parking is available for delegates at the hotel in the Q Railway Car Park. The charges for the car park are set @ €2.40 per hour.
However delegates attending this event will be entitled to a 50% discount per hour parking (you must present your ticket to reception in order to avail of this discount).

Hotel residents enjoy €5 per car per night in the Q Railway Car Park, subject to availability. 

Check in: Check-in starts at 15:00. All guests arriving before 15:00 can leave their bags in a room which will be provided by the hotel.

Cancellation Policy: We encourage all attendees to the Euro-IX Fora to give the Secretariat as much advance notice as possible if you can no longer attend. We understand that circumstances beyond your control do occur, such as illness, emergencies and last minute change of plans. However, if you know you are unable to attend the fora please where possible let us know as soon as possible, so that we can avoid hotel cancellation charges. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
