Getting to Antwerp by plane if you land at Brussels International Airport (BRU)
The easiest way to transfer from Brussels Airport to Antwerp is by train:
Follow the signs “Train Station” at the airport. Between 5:00 am and 11:00 pm, there are trains from Brussels Airport to Antwerp Central Station every 30 minutes.
A ticket costs around €12 and can be purchased at any electronic ticket machine located at the baggage claim or in the station (level -1).
Getting to Antwerp from Schiphol International Airport
The fastest way to get from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS) to Antwerp is to train which takes 1h 15m and costs €17 - €90.
Getting to Antwerp by train
Antwerp is easily reached by train from any major destination in Europe. On Eurostar high speed trains, Antwerp is at only 2 hrs away from Amsterdam and Paris.
From London, via the Chunnel (and with one change in Brussels) the trip will take approximately 3.5hrs.
Getting to Antwerp by car
Antwerp is linked to most European motorways:

Getting to the hotel from Antwerp International Airport (ANR)
By public transport:
Take bus line 51, 52, or 53 towards Antwerpen-Berchem, and travel for approximately 10 minutes. From Antwerpen-Berchem station, take a direct train to Antwerpen-Centraal. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk from the station.
By car:
Take the fastest route via the N1 and Plantin en Moretuslei. The journey takes approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
From Antwerpen-Centraal Railway Station On foot:
Exit the station and walk along the Keyserlei for approximately 500 meters to reach the hotel in about 5 minutes.

Hotel Rooms
Single use rooms are €152.97 per night, including €2.97 of city tax. Double use rooms are €172.97 per night, including €2.97 of city tax. All attendees are requested to book their hotel stay via the link provided to get the Euro-IX rate by 16 May, 2025. After this time, Euro-IX cannot guarantee the room rate for the hotel.
Euro-IX will not be booking hotel rooms for delegates. We will advise the hotel of the list for whom Euro-IX is covering two nights just before the event and ask them to add credit to those people's room bookings.
Delegates are required to book all hotel rooms directly via the Radisson Blu Hotel website, by following the steps below:

- Enter the dates of check in / check out, as well as occupancy details, then select Special rates -> Promotional code. The promotional code is: EUROIX25
- Enter, then click on Check availability.
- On the next page, please select the type of room you want to reserve, then click on "Select”. From here, please fill out all requested details accordingly to finalise your reservation.
The special promotional code of the event is valid until 16 May 2025, after this date, the Hotel will accept accommodation requests based on their available public rates and available capacities.
Please remember to reserve your accommodation before this date!
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Reservation can be cancelled free of charge 14 days before arrival. Any cancellation received after this date will result in a 100% late cancellation fee charged to the provided credit card.
Should you have any questions regarding accommodation, feel free to get in contact with the hotel team.
We encourage all attendees to the Euro-IX Forums to give the Secretariat as much advance notice as possible if you can no longer attend. We understand that circumstances beyond your control do occur, such as illness, emergencies and last minute change of plans. However, if you know you are unable to attend the forum, please where possible, let us know as soon as possible, so that we can avoid hotel cancellation charges. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
If Euro-IX is subject to any cancellation charges they will be forwarded on to the IXP.
