Which language to offer strongly depends on the target group the IXP wants to address, but generally and to attract international participants as well an English version should be selectable.

Public vs. Private pages

An easy to remember single source of information is an advantage. Therefore it is recommended to have one web-page to provide information with public scope and offer more participant-related and IXP inside information after login within a portal-area of the webpage.
